The ONLY negative thing was the breakfast, but even with covid restrictions, they put some great breakfast bags together that were okay. Our room, bed and bath were great....cost for pet was a bit high, however. Our room, bed, and bath were great. Although the price for the room was fine, the price for a pet was too much. Breakfast bags were about as good as could be expected what with covid. Motels need to figure out a more FAIR way to charge for a pet. While in a motel room, our dog does NOTHING but just lay in his bed and I actually doubt that many hotels have ANY issues with dogs in rooms....they just want more $ for their rooms!

The there is no food leveling it's difficult for people with allergies or religious restrictions to know what kind of food is served. When I asked for help no one to give straightforward answers.

Hallways smelled moldy, which means the carpets haven't been cleaned in a while. However, the room we stayed in was fine: it smelled clean and was spacious. Breakfast was okay, your usual "make your own waffles," toast, muffins, bagels, yogurt, and cereal. Only hot thing served was packaged sausage and eggs. Overall an okay stay, just wished breakfast could be a little healthier (at least serve some apples and bananas) and fresher.

The rate was great. I had spoken with Doris when we were about 2 hours away. Very friendly, professional and courteous!! (Give her a raise)! Clean room, clean and very soft bed! We did have one small issue with our 1st room, but Doris took care of us right away and got us into another room immediately! Some minor issues like the microwave had no place to plug in, but I moved it to where I could plug it in. There was no TV remote, (I jacked the remote from the 1st room to bring to the 2nd room. Much better than the 1st room). We are only here for a very short time, (Less than 10 hours). I'm not one to complain unless I get something really messed up. I don't rate higher than 4 stars because there is always room for improvement. Thank you for a friendly comfortable stay! Would stay again.

Everything was perfect. The young lady that worked the front desk on 2nd shift has a great and awesome personality. She's the one with blond hair .she made sure our stay there was great the entire time. I will definitely be back soon. I have no complaints. Give her the best hospitality plaque.

I don’t know what people expect for a cheap hotel. Yes, it’s a little worn down on the walls and a few things. After driving for a long time, they had the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in at a hotel. Also, no bed bugs! (Im sure they fixed the issue) The people in the front were so nice and welcoming, they’re doing their best. The free breakfast was a plus! I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything and for being a positive part of our trip :)

For the rate, we were really impressed with our room. No issues with cleanliness, no weird smells, recently updated and beds were comfy. Looks like the place has been recently remodeled, and there are some small cosmetic defects from the remodel, but we didn't find them bothersome. Breakfast was the typical eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, toast, bagels, muffins, yogurt, boiled eggs, juice, milk and coffee. No complaints about breakfast, in fact the staff worked hard to keep the food area clean and well stocked. The ladies running the counter and breakfast area couldn't have been more friendly! Thank you for a safe, comfortable stay.

I was planning to leave a 3 star review since there were multiple carpet stains on the first floor hallways and the elevators stopped on random floors sometimes. However, our room was spotless, and we enjoyed a great stay. There's also free lemon water and coffee available 24/7! Ms. Shirley, the employee running breakfast, was an absolute delight, and she inspired this 5 star review. I have never met a more cheerful worker. She is so kind and humble. Please promote her!
